Accounts Payable Specialist
who will be responsible for processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices to ensure accurate and timely payments to vendors and suppliers. The role involves reviewing purchase orders, managing payment schedules, handling discrepancies, and maintaining compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Proficiency in accounting systems, strong organizational skills, and a keen eye for accuracy are essential for success in this position.
The Accounts Payable Specialist will also collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales & Marketing to resolve payment issues and support month-end closing activities. This role requires the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines, maintain accurate financial records, and uphold vendor relationships with professionalism.
