COMPLIANCE STAFF

Brief Description and Purpose of the Position

The Compliance Staff plays a crucial role in supporting the organization's commitment to regulatory compliance and adherence to internal policies. This role involves coordinating and preparing secretary certificates, board resolutions, affidavits, and other authorization requirements.

COMPETENCIES

Documentation and Records Processing

  • Receives and monitors branch and head office requests through the compliance request form
  • Prepares all secretary certificates, board resolutions, affidavits, sworn declarations, and other authorization documents for LGU, DTI, LTO, and BIR processing.
  • Prepares secretary certificates and board resolutions for bank opening, changed signatories, and closure.
  • In charge of the notarization of documents.
  • In charge of the transmittal to the requestor

Record Keeping

  • Filing and keeping of documents for easier retrieval according to the branch requests

Customer Relations

  • Communicates the status of the documents
  • Actively listens to client feedback and requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs and preferences

QUALIFICATIONS

  • College graduate in Business, Management Accounting, Accountancy or Accounting related.
  • With experience in Compliance or CTT is a plus.
  • Analytical with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or any accounting software.
  • Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information
  • Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
