About the Role

We're looking for a
Product Architecture Intern
to join our dynamic team This role is ideal for students eager to gain hands-on experience in data-driven business operations while learning how AI technologies are transforming the customer communication industry.

As an intern, you'll support a variety of operational and analytical tasks, from data analysis and audio review to assisting with key business processes that ensure the smooth delivery of our AI voice automation solutions. This internship will help you build a strong foundation in analytical thinking, data management, and operational excellence.

Candidates should be able to commit at least
600 hours
during the internship period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily operational and analytical tasks to support business objectives.
  • Perform
    data analysis
    and
    data cleaning
    to ensure information accuracy and quality.
  • Contribute to
    model training
    and maintain detailed analysis records.
  • Conduct
    audio reviews
    and
    editing
    to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Support
    basic data annotation
    and assist in reviewing AI-generated outputs.
  • Collaborate with different teams to support ongoing projects and process improvements.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to support team goals.

Who You Are

  • Proficient in
    Microsoft Excel
    and has a
    basic foundation in data analysis
    .
  • Familiar with
    data annotation
    and has a basic understanding of
    Generative AI (GenAI)
    concepts.
  • Enthusiastic about learning new technologies and staying updated with industry trends.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized
    , with a proactive approach to work.
  • Residing in or near
    Makati City
    .
  • Willing to render a
    minimum of 600 hours
    during the internship.
