Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically strong Product Solution Architect Associate with a focus on pre-sales solutioning and product enablement. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between product strategy and customer engagement — supporting sales teams with technical expertise, aligning solutions with customer requirements, and contributing to product roadmaps through market and customer feedback.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in cybersecurity, infrastructure, virtualization, or enterprise software, who also has the interpersonal skills and business acumen to work directly with customers and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales Engagement:

  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and craft tailored technical solutions.
  • Participate in client meetings to present solution architectures, product capabilities, and technical differentiators.
  • Support the creation of RFP/RFI responses, solution proposals, and BoMs (Bill of Materials).
  • Lead and support technical product demos, workshops, and proof-of-concept activities.

Product & Solution Design:

  • Translate customer and business requirements into technical solutions using internal and third-party products.
  • Develop and maintain solution architecture documentation, diagrams, and deployment guides.
  • Provide input on product feasibility, competitive positioning, and feature gaps.

Product Management Support:

  • Work closely with product managers to relay customer feedback, industry trends, and pre-sales insights into the product roadmap.
  • Assist in product launches by creating technical collateral, use case documentation, and enablement materials.
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategy through technical validation of features and solutions.

Internal Collaboration & Enablement:

  • Partner with engineering, operations, and support teams to ensure solutions are deployable and supportable.
  • Deliver internal training and knowledge transfer sessions for sales and services teams.

Must-Have Experience (3–4 Years in at least one of the following):

Cybersecurity Services / Products (Preferred):

  • Hands-on experience with security technologies such as:
  • Firewalls (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet)
  • SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel)
  • Endpoint security platforms
  • Identity & Access Management (IAM)
  • Cloud security platforms

OR

Experience in at least 2 of the following technical domains:

  • Hardware Infrastructure:
  • Enterprise-grade servers, storage (e.g., Dell EMC, NetApp), and networking (e.g., Cisco, Juniper)
  • Virtualization Platforms:
  • VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix
  • Enterprise Software / OS / Database:
  • RedHat, Linux-based systems, MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle

General Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of solution architecture principles and product lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Customer-facing experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, or solution design roles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams (sales, product, engineering, and support).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
