VP- Architectural Design

A senior leader who oversees projects from concept to completion, guiding design teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring projects align with the firm's vision and financial goals. Key responsibilities include leading creative strategy, developing high-level concepts, mentoring staff, and collaborating with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure design quality and project success.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership:

Manage, inspire, and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of architects, designers, and project managers to foster innovation and ensure design excellence.

  • Design Oversight:

Provide strategic and technical leadership on major projects, guiding the creative direction from concept through design development and project completion.

  • Client and Stakeholder Management:

Build and maintain relationships with clients, present design concepts, and act as a key point of contact.

  • Project Management:

Oversee project feasibility, budget, and commercial aspects to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.

  • Strategic Direction:

Develop and implement design standards, conceptual direction, and creative strategies that align with brand and business objectives.

  • Quality Assurance:

Ensure all design work meets high standards of quality, consistency, and compliance, while also championing sustainability and resilience goals.

  • Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, external consultants, and vendors to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to project execution.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 15+ years of experience in architectural and/or brand design, with a track record of creative sophistication and visual communication.
  • Minimum of 10 years in a senior management role, with experience leading design teams.
  • Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Experience with all phases of architectural project design and delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance client needs, design vision, and business objectives.
  • Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php250, Php300,000.00 per month
