Key Responsibilities:

o Working closely with a senior designer or HK counterpart to create 3d models and renderings that meet the specified requirements.

o Develop creative and innovative design solutions that align with a senior designer or HK counterpart's objectives.

o Engage with a senior designer or HK counterpart to understand project requirements, present designs, and gather feedback.

o Understand project plans and specifications (working drawings and other design documents)

o Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.

Skills and Qualifications

Education: With a bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field.

Experience: At least 1-3 years of work experience is required.

Experience working with SketchUp modeling software.

Preferably has experience in residential and/or commercial projects and those who have worked with design companies.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in 3d modeling with SketchUp, rendering with Enscape or the like, and able to do post-production in Photoshop.

Familiarity with 3ds Max or Rhino is a plus.

Soft Skills: Open to learn and has initiative.

Strong verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage stakeholder expectations.

Highly organized with the ability to balance multiple projects at once.

Licensure: Professional architectural licensure (e.g., PRC, AIA, RA) is preferred but not required.
