My Derma Dream is a fast-growing beauty and wellness company building a high-performance outbound sales team. We are looking for a driven Recruiter who can attract, screen, and hire top-tier sales agents who excel in communication, persistence, and results.


Responsibilities:
  • Source and recruit outbound sales agents for high-volume sales roles.
  • Screen applicants for communication ability, professionalism, and performance mindset.
  • Manage a consistent pipeline using structured processes.
  • Conduct initial interviews and evaluate suitability based on role criteria.
  • Coordinate final interviews with internal team leads.
  • Maintain organized tracking of all applicants, statuses, and communication.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience recruiting for sales roles (BPO, call center, outbound sales, or performance-based roles preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to assess candidates quickly and accurately.
  • Organized, disciplined, and comfortable handling high candidate volume.
  • Must have active, functioning Indeed and LinkedIn recruiter/sourcing accounts to locate and manage candidates.
  • Ability to work independently and meet weekly hiring targets.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with clear KPIs.
