Duties and Responsibilities:Daily Tasks

  • Save pictures from Viber to the designated Service Folder for each yard.
  • Scan and organize releasing documents.
  • Assist in preparing releasing documentation.
  • Update and maintain Admin Monitoring reports.
  • Edit and upload warranty claims as required.

Weekly Tasks

  • Compile stencils for released units.
  • Upload Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) reports into the Sinotruk system.
  • Encode in-and-out parts transactions for service operations.
  • Scan and encode Official Receipts (OR) and Certificates of Registration (CR).

Monthly Tasks

  • Prepare and submit the monthly parts inventory report.

Other Tasks

  • Write chassis numbers on conduction stickers.
  • Prepare stripping reports for admin manager.
  • Provide unit details and necessary documents to Sales Representatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Office Management, or related field.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in administrative or clerical work (preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
  • Good communication and coordination skills
