Salary Package: P40,000 - P50,000

What will you do?
Website Management & Data Entry:
Regularly update and maintain job listings and candidate information on our website.
- Perform accurate data entry tasks to ensure roles are current and well-presented online.
- Assist with reviewing, editing, and updating job postings as role requirements change.
Comfortable working with detailed, repetitive tasks, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Locum Recruitment Support:
Coordinate the recruitment process for locum placements, including assisting with sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Maintain communication with locum doctors and clients to confirm availability, schedules, and placement details.
- Assist with onboarding locum candidates by collecting required documentation and ensuring compliance.
- Monitor locum contracts, extensions, and end dates to ensure smooth transitions between placements.
Keep accurate records of locum placements and resolve any issues during placements to ensure positive experiences.
Permanent Recruitment Administration:
Liaise with candidates and clients to provide job details, schedule interviews, and manage communications.
- Conduct online checks of candidates' backgrounds and qualifications to ensure compliance.
Maintain accurate candidate records and track recruitment progress effectively.
Personal Administrative Support for Directors:
Provide personal administrative assistance to business directors, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and requests to support the smooth operation of the business.
