As a Client Success Manager specializing in Account Growth and Management at Virtualis, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with our new and existing clients. Your primary focus will be on understanding their needs, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring the successful adoption of our products and services. You will serve as the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients, working closely with them to drive value, maximize account growth, and ensure their continued satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned clients. Gain a deep understanding of client business goals, challenges, and needs.
  • Account Growth Strategy: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and develop account-specific strategies. Drive cross-selling and upselling initiatives to increase revenue and expand services.
  • Product Adoption and Training: Ensure clients fully understand and utilize our products and services. Provide training and guidance to clients to maximize the value they receive.
  • Client Retention: Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly. Develop and implement retention strategies to minimize churn.
  • Account Planning: Create and maintain account plans outlining growth and success milestones. Regularly review and adjust account plans based on client needs and objectives.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze client data and usage patterns to identify opportunities for improvement. Prepare and present performance reports to clients, highlighting achievements and areas for growth.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders and other departments: Work closely with the rest of Virtualis team to identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts. Provide feedback to the product team based on client feedback and needs.

Also responsible for the following:

  • Prospecting for new businesses to develop relationships
  • Building and maintaining a lead database with potential prospects
  • Following up on future business opportunities
  • Tracking and reporting on account activity
  • Making outbound calls/processing inbound calls to achieve weekly and monthly goals
  • Qualifying leads and setting appointments for the Sales Team
  • Setting demo schedules for the Sales team
  • Email Marketing and follow-ups
  • Explaining basic features and services being offered to the clients
  • Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in client success or account management, with a focus on account growth and revenue generation
  • Strong understanding of the Virtual Staffing landscape and client needs
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze client data and draw actionable insights
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and cross-functional environment
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Customer-centric approach with a passion for client satisfaction
  • Availability to work within US Time zones

System and Work Setup Requirements:

  • A stable and high-speed internet connection preferably 10 MBPS or higher with back up in cases of power interruption or service provider issues
  • Own PC/laptop with 8GB RAM, and a processor of Core i3 / AMD Ryzen 3 / 2013 Mac equivalent or higher; Windows 10 or above / Catalina 10.15 or newer; with up-to-date web browsers and security software, 500GB/128 SSD storage
  • Headset/earphone with noise cancellation and webcam at 720p or higher resolution
  • A designated, quiet, and well-organized workspace free from distractions to facilitate focused work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
