DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Integrated Employer Branding Communications Strategy and Execution: Conceptualize social media campaigns that are aligned to customer value propositions and goals. Align internal programs from clients to the entire talent attraction approach to deliver a consistent message. Provide QA and insights to Analytics reports for customers
  • Company Brand and Global Marketing: Ensure proper use and implementation of company brands across all facets of the business. Secure all required copyrights and ownership of media, channels, and other assets.
  • Performance Analytics & Competitor Analysis: Monitor social media performance of Employer Branding Activation clients and formulate insights and recommendations to improve strategies. Review social media activities of clients' competitors and develop a strategic content plan. Present findings to stakeholders and recommend actionable strategies based on data.
  • Social Media Buying and Planning: Develop and execute strategic media plans to align with client objectives and target audience preferences. Research and evaluate media platforms to identify the best channels for campaigns, ensuring maximum reach and engagement. Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ad content aligns with the media plan. Stay updated on industry trends and new opportunities in digital and traditional media.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Educational background: BA/BS degree required, or other relevant advanced degree preferred
  • Technical skills required: MS Office suites (Social Media Management, Media Planning, Data Analytics, Client Relationship Building, MS Office/Gsuite- Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
  • Excellent written and oral communication, negotiation, customer-focused, presentation skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams.
