Product Owner

Location: Taguig , Philippines

Responsibilities

  • Lead the PH App strategy to increase Monthly Active Users (MAU) and Monthly Transacting Users (MTU), including the execution of targeted campaigns.
  • Drive product and feature development using customer-centric design and agile methodologies to deliver solutions that address customer needs while meeting business objectives.
  • Support departmental reporting, including strategy updates, ad hoc requests, weekly and monthly reports, MDR, EFPS, and other periodic bank meetings.
  • Contribute to the strategy, roadmap, project execution, and delivery plan for each product feature or initiative.
  • Manage all project documentation, including business requirements documents, user stories, UI/UX specifications, and technical documents, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization, focusing on measurable benefits for both the Bank and its customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop campaign partnerships, new features, and strategic plans.
  • Take ownership of products, including creation of business requirements, user stories, feature design and flows, project progress reporting, Go/No-Go decisions, post-implementation validation, and feature/product marketing.
  • Manage product development prioritization, communicate the product vision, and oversee all stages of the product lifecycle.
  • Drive continuous improvement of Digital Channels by conducting user research, usability studies, and biannual product sprints, while collaborating with designers, developers, and research teams.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in digital product management.
  • Strong background in digital banking and digital channels.
  • Solid understanding and hands-on experience in data analysis and presentation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and deliver results within strict deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php90,000.00 per month
