POSITION: Product Owner (SaaS Capability Center)
JOB SUMMARY:
A strategic and detail-oriented Product Owner to lead the implementation, support and optimization of SaaS applications supporting our Legal, Real Estate, Privacy, Sourcing and other corporate business functions. The Product Owner will serve as vital link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that enterprise tools/applications deliver maximum value, maintain compliance, and drive operational efficiency.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product Ownership & Strategy
Define the product vision, manage the product backlog, and guide cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for SaaS applications within Corporate Systems.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and align product goals with organizational objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring their needs are translated into actionable product features.
Facilitate regular reviews, demos, and feedback sessions with cross-functional teams.
Agile Delivery
Write clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.
Work closely with the POD team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product increments.
Vendor & SaaS Management
Evaluate and manage third-party SaaS vendors, ensuring compliance with SLAs, security standards, and integration requirements.
Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Compliance & Risk
Ensure solutions meet compliance standards and support business process optimization.
- Partner with InfoSec and Compliance teams to manage data governance and risk mitigation.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst, preferably in enterprise SaaS environments
- Product Owner certification (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) is preferred.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with attention to detail.
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
