What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively source and screen qualified candidates for open positions across the company
  2. Utilise a variety of sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to build a robust pipeline of talent
  3. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications
  4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a strong candidate experience
  5. Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on the status of open requisitions
  6. Continuously research industry trends and best practices to improve sourcing strategies
  7. Support the overall recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate assessments, and facilitating the offer process

What we're looking for

  1. experience in a sourcing or recruitment role, preferably within the Human Resources & Recruitment industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  3. Proficient in using various sourcing tools and techniques, including job boards, social media, and applicant tracking systems
  4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address hiring challenges
  5. Familiarity with recruitment best practices, including candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  6. Adaptable and flexible, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
