The WNS Sourcing Team is looking for a Sourcing Specialist who will represent our Manila team and will be managing the end-to-end process of Manila sourcing, including but not limited to encoding, database management, lead generation, social media and job portal postings and promotions, screenings and interviews, employee/applicant floor walks, events and campus engagements

Qualifications:

  • Must be a college graduate
  • No work experience needed but Recruitment/Sourcing exp. preferred.
  • Must be willing to work in Eastwood site
  • Must be updated on the latest Social Media trends

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial phone screenings with candidates.
  • Accurately document candidate responses in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Overall candidate expectations, such as handling inquiries and providing them the information about their scheduled interview.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Assist with other tasks related to the recruitment process as needed, such as ARP roadshows, ERP floor walks, and recruitment events.
