What you'll be doing

  1. Actively source, screen, and qualify candidates for open positions across the company
  2. Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates
  3. Manage the candidate application and interview process from start to finish
  4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and requirements
  5. Maintain detailed records of the recruitment process and provide regular updates
  6. Support the onboarding of new hires and ensure a positive candidate experience

What we're looking for

  1. experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role
  2. Excellent sourcing and candidate screening skills
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with both candidates and stakeholders
  4. Proficient in using various recruitment tools and technologies
  5. Familiarity with the Human Resources & Recruitment industry and best practices

  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities

  7. Willing to work Mid Shift MON-FRI in QC/BGC
