• Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner


• Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and timely manner


• Manage meeting room reservations and ensure they are clean and ready before

• Handle daily inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins


• Manage front desk operations, including maintaining a tidy and presentable

reception area


• Coordinate deliveries and receive packages or documents from couriers and

suppliers


• Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation


• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed


• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as required


• Ensure security by following access protocols and logging visitor details

Customer Service Associate:

  • Execute outbound calls to customers using provide script.
  • Convince customers to opt into receiving marketing communications.
  • Accurately log call outcomes and customer responses.
  • Collaborate with digital sales team to ensure campaign goals are met.
