Are you passionate about influencer marketing, creative campaigns, and building relationships that matter? WAVE Creative Group is looking for a Influencer Relations Officer to join our growing team

As our Influencer Marketing Officer, you'll be the bridge between brands and the influencer world. From creating compelling briefs to managing talent relations and ensuring content is on point, you'll help bring our clients' campaigns to life through collaboration and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop KOL strategies that align with client campaigns and brand objectives.
  • Curate and manage influencer rosters based on relevance, reach, engagement, and audience alignment.
  • Coordinate with internal creative, digital, and accounts teams to ensure KOL campaigns are integrated seamlessly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create clear and compelling creative briefs for KOLs, ensuring alignment with campaign goals.
  • Cascade briefs and guidelines to KOLs, ensuring full understanding and proper execution.

KOL Identification, Database & Relationship Management

  • Source and vet potential KOLs across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers and their management teams.
  • Maintain and regularly update a centralized database of KOLs, talents, and influencers, including key metrics, contact details, campaign history, and availability.
  • Ensure the database reflects the most current and relevant talent based on platform performance, trends, and brand alignment.
  • Serve as the point of contact between KOLs and clients throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Attend client meetings and represent the agency during events and activations to support KOL engagement and client relations.
  • Assist in KOL hospitality, including client-facing event support, hosting, and ensuring KOLs are aligned with event objectives.

Campaign Management

  • Brief KOLs on campaign requirements and ensure timely and accurate content delivery.
  • Monitor live content and ensure compliance with brand tone, messaging, and legal guidelines.
  • Handle logistics including contracts, rates negotiation, deliverables, timelines, and reporting.
  • Participate in simple copywriting tasks (hooks, captions, etc.), and review KOL content for consistency and message alignment.
  • Conduct content quality check

     to ensure output meets creative and brand standards.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Analyze and report campaign performance using qualitative and quantitative KPIs.
  • Recommend optimization strategies for future influencer campaigns based on data insights.
  • Create comprehensive post-campaign reports and case studies for client presentations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in influencer/KOL management, PR, or digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, influencer ecosystems, and content trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with strategic insight and strong attention to detail.
