Role Description – Marketing Officer

The
Marketing Officer
plays a key role in developing and executing creative strategies to promote and HubAvenue brands across digital and offline channels. This position involves conceptualizing and launching promotions, seasonal campaigns, and new product offers, managing social media platforms, coordinating with suppliers and influencers, and supporting events such as liquor tastings and brand activations. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and highly organized—able to blend marketing insight with hands-on execution to strengthen brand visibility, drive sales, and build customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital media, or brand management (experience in FMCG, liquor, retail, lifestyle, or events is an advantage).
  • Open for Fresh Graduates
  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Strong marketing,

    social media marketing

  • Excellent
    communication

    sales
    skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to data and results.
  • Proficient in digital advertising tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and content creation platforms (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite preferred).
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design, trends, and brand storytelling.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to travel for events, product shoots, and brand activations when required.
