About the Role

Love in Faith and GLO are looking for a driven, detail-obsessed, and creative Euka & Product Seeding Specialist to supercharge our creator outreach and product seeding programs.

If you're passionate about influencer marketing, thrive on fast-moving campaigns, and love seeing your efforts turn into viral content and real brand growth — this role is for you.

You'll own the entire Euka process from start to finish: managing agents, tracking every product sent out, optimizing outreach, and ensuring creators are constantly producing engaging content that fuels both brands' online presence.


What You'll Do

Euka & Product Seeding Management

  • Own and operate Euka for both LiF and GLO — you're the expert behind every successful campaign.
  • Build and manage targeted creator lists that perfectly match each brand's voice and audience.
  • Launch and optimize Euka agents daily to send seeding and collaboration offers.
  • Ensure a minimum of 40 products are seeded daily across both brands.
  • Track everything: outreach, shipments, and content returns — no detail missed.
  • Test new creative seeding strategies to boost conversions and content output.
  • Build strong, ongoing relationships with creators and ensure timely delivery of posts.

Reporting & Optimization

  • Create daily reports highlighting outreach totals, seeding progress, and campaign insights.
  • Analyze creator performance to identify top content partners and ROI drivers.
  • Keep dashboards clean and up to date — from product inventory to content delivery.
  • Recommend and test new ideas weekly to improve speed, quality, and performance.

What You Bring

  • Expert-level Euka knowledge — you can set up, manage, and analyze campaigns with confidence.
  • Proven experience in product seeding, influencer outreach, or affiliate marketing for e-commerce brands.
  • Exceptional organization and data-tracking skills — spreadsheets are your second language.
  • A proactive, fast-paced work ethic — you move first, ask questions later.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
