Job Summary:

We are looking for a
Social Media Business Development Officer (Entry Level)
to help grow our brand and increase product sales through social media, primarily on Facebook. The role combines
digital marketing, sales, and outreach
, making it ideal for
fresh graduates
who want to gain hands-on experience in online business development.

You will be responsible for creating content, managing ads, engaging with prospects, converting leads into sales, and conducting
cold email outreach
to identify new opportunities. Training will be provided, and you will be rewarded with competitive pay and performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Plan and create engaging Facebook posts (photos, videos, captions).
  • Manage page activity — post scheduling, comments, messages, and inquiries.
  • Keep updated on social media trends and propose creative campaign ideas.

Digital Marketing & Ads

  • Run Facebook ad campaigns using the monthly boosting allowance.
  • Monitor ad performance and optimize for reach, engagement, and sales.
  • Suggest new ad strategies to improve ROI.

Sales & Business Development

  • Handle online inquiries and convert them into confirmed sales.
  • Conduct
    cold email outreach
    to prospect new customers and business leads.
  • Build relationships with potential clients and maintain communication.
  • Support management with promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Track page performance, ad results, inquiries, and conversions.
  • Prepare weekly reports with insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Open to fresh graduates
    — no prior work experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written (for emails) and verbal.
  • Comfortable using social media for marketing and outreach.
  • Creative, proactive, and willing to learn sales and digital tools.
  • Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager or email marketing tools is a plus.
  • Must have own laptop for work.
