Bookkeeper

The Bookkeeper will handle the day-to-day financial administration of the business, working closely with our Business Operations Manager and external accountants. This is a hands-on role covering everything from invoicing and payments to reconciliations and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records for the company.
- Prepare and send client invoices in line with placement contracts.
- Track deposits, payments, and outstanding balances.
- Process staff and contractor expenses.
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations.
- Support payroll preparation for both local and remote staff.
- Assist with VAT returns, compliance, and liaising with external accountants.
- Provide regular cash flow and P&L reports to management.
- Support the Finance & Ops team with ad-hoc financial administration.
Requirements
- 2+ years bookkeeping or accounting experience (practice or industry).
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and reconciliations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with payroll and contractor payments is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
