Key Responsibilities:

  1. Daily Store Operations

Open and close the store on schedule. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and ready before opening.
Implement and monitor daily operational checklists.

  1. Staff Supervision

Assign tasks and monitor sales staff performance.
Enforce attendance, punctuality, and dress code.
Coach staff on customer service, upselling, and lifestyle-based selling.

  1. Merchandising Compliance

Ensure each brand's display meets approved layouts and brand standards.
Coordinate with the Sales Coordinator for display updates and promotions.

  1. Inventory Control

Conduct regular cycle counts and spot checks.
Prepare replenishment requests when stock is low.
Report damages, losses, and discrepancies immediately.

  1. Customer Engagement & Lifestyle Promotion

Assist customers by sharing genuine knowledge about outdoor gear, travel essentials, and motorcycle equipment.
Organize and participate in small in-store demos or lifestyle events.
Serve as an in-store brand ambassador, representing the Alpha Lifestyle ethos.

  1. Reporting

Submit daily sales summaries and operational reports.
Relay customer feedback to the Sales Manager for action.

Preferred Qualifications

Retail or supervisory experience in a lifestyle, travel, motorcycle, or outdoor store.
Passion for motorcycles, travel, and outdoor activities — riding experience is a strong advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Operational Readiness: Store 100% ready at opening.

  • Display Compliance: 95% compliance with brand display guidelines.

  • Inventory Accuracy: Stock count variance below 1%.

  • Customer Service: 90%+ positive feedback.
  • Staff Attendance: Less than 2% unplanned absenteeism monthly.
  • Sales Contribution: Meet or exceed daily sales targets (set by Sales Manager).

Authority Level

Can make operational decisions for the store (minor expenses, floor layout adjustments).
Cannot authorize major discounts, promotional changes, or purchasing — escalates to Sales Manager.
