Job Description

* Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate sales associates to achieve individual and store sales goals.

  • Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service by understanding customer needs and providing expert advice on sports equipment, apparel, and footwear.

  • Sales Performance: Monitor daily sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to improve results.

  • Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, manage deliveries, and ensure accurate product displays and merchandising.

  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain attractive and organized displays that highlight seasonal sports gear and promotions.

  • Store Operations: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and adherence to company policies.

  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing in-store events, product launches, and promotional campaigns.

  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure the store complies with all health, safety, and security regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail, preferably in a sports or active lifestyle environment.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Passion for sports, fitness, and customer engagement.

  • Proficiency in POS systems and basic inventory software.
