Job Description

Drive+ Car Care Center is looking for Service Advisors as it plans to expand its branches this year.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • Open to Fresh Graduates
  • Required Skill(s): customer service, sales, automotive
  • Extensive knowledge of automotive works and parts.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate equally well with mechanics, customers and senior management.
  • Computer literate and knowledgeable in MS Office applications
  • Monday to Saturday work schedule, including some holidays.

Duties:

  • Look up for customer's service history, schedule appointments, enter repair order information and manage information.
  • Provides excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and request, questions to identify service need, resolving customer concerns and sells additional services when appropriate.
  • Estimates cost and completion time and settling customer accounts. Suggests additional services that service department offers.
  • Communicates with customers about status of work and explains technical information about repairs to customer.
  • Explains the need for additional or unanticipated services and associated cost to the customer. Obtains the written approval on all repairs orders at the time of the write-up or when closing additional add-ons sales.
