What you'll be doing

  • Engaging with customers to understand their unique needs and preferences, and providing personalised product recommendations
  • Demonstrating and explaining the features and benefits of TEVIANT's premium beauty products
  • Maintaining exceptional product knowledge through ongoing training and self-development
  • Ensuring the store's visual merchandising and product display adhere to brand standards
  • Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment
  • Providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive, welcoming in-store experience

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the beauty or retail industry
  • Strong product knowledge and a genuine passion for the beauty industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of visual merchandising
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers
  • A positive, enthusiastic and team-oriented attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17, Php19,000.00 per month
