Basic Function
A billing clerk is responsible for creating accurate (SAP) system job orders and converting such sales orders into SAP invoices. Their primary interaction outside the business is with customers. Internally, they deal with the Sales/Service Advisors and Accounting Team.
Duties:
Verify completeness and accuracy of documents related to the job order prior to finalization or posting. (based on existing company policies and procedures/SOP)
Ensure correct customer details, price, appropriate discount, item, taxes applicable and invoice/billing types (service/product) are processed and charged to customers.
Ensure completeness and correctness of necessary information that should be reflected in the job order/invoice per company policy (e.g. plate number, car model, etc.) in coordination with the assigned Sales/Service Advisor
Ensure familiarization with a customer profile (i.e. no duplication of customer names exists- e.g. same customer, different format)
Qualifications:
Ability to multitask.
Great written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with great time-management skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Works efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Can work with grace under pressure at all times
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php695.00 per day
