About the role

Alberto Shoes Corporation, a leading footwear brand in the Philippines, is seeking a talented E-commerce Associate to join our dynamic team. This full-time role will be based in Cubao, Quezon City, Metro Manila and will play a crucial part in driving the growth of our online retail presence.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and maintain our e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience for customers
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales
• Oversee the processing and fulfilment of online orders, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional customer service
• Monitor and analyze website performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Assist with the creation and curation of engaging product content, including descriptions, images, and videos
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and efficient manner
• Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements

What we're looking for

• 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, preferably in the retail or fashion industry
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, website management, and online marketing techniques
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers
• Proficient in using data analytics tools to measure and report on website performance
• Creative flair and an eye for detail, with the ability to produce visually appealing and engaging content
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
• Familiarity with inventory management and order fulfilment processes
