Work Setup: Onsite onboarding for a two to four weeks, followed by a transition to a remote setup.

Work Schedule: Night Shift (Following U.S. Eastern Time Zone)

Location: Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City

Salary Package: Up to 70,000 PHP/Monthly

Position Overview:

The Marketing Administrator is an operational support role for the marketing and sales teams. This person manages incoming marketing requests, updates and organizes sales collateral and presentations, assists with event coordination, and provides light graphic design support.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming marketing requests.
  • Track, prioritize, and route requests to the appropriate team members, ensuring timely completion and clear communication.
  • Sales Collateral & Presentation Management: Update, organize, and maintain sales collateral, presentations, and marketing assets.
  • Event Coordination (Light): Assist with the planning and execution of marketing events, webinars, and trade shows. Support logistics such as venue booking, attendee registration, catering coordination, and preparation of event materials.
  • Graphic Design Support (Light): Create and edit basic marketing graphics, including social media images, flyers, brochures, and presentation visuals. Collaborate with designers for more complex projects and ensure all assets meet brand guidelines.
  • Content Updates & Proofreading: Make minor updates to website content, marketing documents, and presentations. Proofread communications and materials for accuracy and consistency.
  • Asset Organization: Maintain and organize the marketing collateral library for quick access and updates. Ensure assets are easily searchable and accessible to team members.
  • General Administrative Support: Assist with miscellaneous tasks such as ordering marketing swag, coordinating print materials, updating process documents, and supporting team operations as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any related field.
  • At least 4 years + of experience in Marketing and Sales Support.
  • Experience working with U.S based client is a must.
  • Experience in Marketing Coordination: Prior experience handling marketing requests, managing workflows, or supporting a marketing team is preferred.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to track, prioritize, and route multiple requests efficiently while ensuring timely follow-through and clear communication.
  • Proficiency in Sales Collateral Management: Experience updating, organizing, and maintaining sales materials, presentations, and marketing assets.
  • Basic Event Coordination Skills: Familiarity with assisting in the planning and execution of events, webinars, or trade shows, including logistics such as venue booking, attendee registration, and preparation of event materials.
  • Basic Graphic Design Skills: Ability to create and edit simple marketing graphics (e.g., social posts, flyers, brochures). Experience collaborating with designers and following brand guidelines is a plus.
  • Content Editing and Proofreading: Strong attention to detail with the ability to update website content, marketing documents, and presentations, as well as proofread materials for accuracy and consistency.
  • Asset Management: Experience maintaining and organizing marketing collateral libraries or shared folders to ensure easy access to updated assets.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with common marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools, CRM, CMS platforms, or project management tools) is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
