Duties and Responsibilities

-Plan and schedule deliveries based on product availability and customer/internal requests.

-Prepare, process, and manage all necessary delivery and receiving documents

-Track deliveries in transit to ensure timely delivery and proactively resolve any delays or discrepancies with carriers and vendors.

-Oversee the administrative process for incoming stock (receiving/booking in) and outgoing shipments (picking, packing, dispatch).

-Ensure all documentation is filed according to internal procedures for audit and compliance.

-Coordinate with suppliers and service providers for equipment repairs, replacements, or procurement.

-Handle general administrative tasks for the department.

-Provide administrative and clerical support for efficient warehouse operations

-Perform other tasks as needed.
