The Role
As an Account Manager at Newrite, you'll serve as the strategic bridge between clients and our creative team. You'll not only nurture and grow client relationships, but also lead content direction and project execution. You'll act as a content strategist—helping clients refine messaging, prioritize goals, and align creative assets to strategy—and as a creative project manager, coordinating internal creatives to ensure work is delivered on time, on brand, and on brief.

What You'll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, managing communication, expectations, and trust
- Lead discovery conversations to understand client goals, brand voice, and creative priorities
- Provide strategic content direction—advising on messaging, channel use, creative formats, and audience targeting
- Translate client needs into actionable briefs for designers, writers, and motion specialists
- Manage timelines, feedback loops, and task assignments using ClickUp or other PM tools
- Review and quality-check creative deliverables before sharing with clients
- Facilitate creative reviews and provide clear, strategic feedback internally and externally
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand client value and recommend relevant services
- Track and improve client satisfaction, retention, and renewal success
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, and engineering teams
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years experience in account management, content strategy, or agency project management
- Strong understanding of content marketing and creative production workflows
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Comfortable translating abstract client goals into clear creative direction
- Familiarity with project and client management tools (e.g. ClickUp, Notion, Slack, Zoho CRM)
- Detail-oriented, self-driven, and adaptable in a fast-moving remote team
