ABOUT THE ROLE:

We're looking for a role to own the end-to-end success of new client accounts. You'll set up systems, translate client goals into outreach campaigns, and iterate based on performance. This role blends operations, sales enablement, and Go To Market strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead client onboarding: gather ICP forms, align on goals, and set expectations.
  • Handle operations setup: email domains, inboxes, LinkedIn accounts, and integrations.
  • Translate client ICPs into actionable outreach campaigns (email + LinkedIn).
  • Launch, monitor, and iterate campaigns based on engagement and results.
  • Partner with Dealight's internal platform to optimize targeting and personalization.
  • Serve as the ongoing point of contact for client updates and feedback.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4 years of experience in B2B sales operations, Marketing ops, or Campaign management.
  • Experience working in a Sales Industry/Company (REQUIRED).
  • Hands-on experience with outreach tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Salesloft, Outreach, or similar).
  • Exposure to Linked In Automation Tools.
  • Strong understanding of Go To Market concepts (ICP, messaging, multichannel campaigns).
  • Comfortable with technical setup: email domains, warm-up tools, deliverability basics.
  • Analytical mindset: able to test, measure, and iterate campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php130, Php140,000.00 per month
