We are looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Sales Department in managing documentation, coordinating client communications, and maintaining efficient day-to-day operations. This role is essential in ensuring accuracy, consistency, and professionalism across all sales processes. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at balancing administrative responsibilities with customer service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, organize, and update sales-related documents including quotations, contracts, and client information.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer databases to support reporting and client management.
- Coordinate with clients to respond to inquiries, follow up on pending requirements, and ensure timely completion of transactions.
- Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and client appointments for the sales team.
- Process sales orders, prepare invoices, and monitor deliveries to guarantee smooth fulfillment.
- Assist in the onboarding and administrative support of new sales team members.
- Track inventory and support logistics coordination for sales events and activities.
- Ensure compliance with company documentation standards, processes, and policies.
- Collaborate with internal departments to improve workflow efficiency and communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales administration, office support, or customer service.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Dependable, proactive, and capable of working independently or in a team setting.
