We're Hiring: Home-Based Sales Administrator (Full-Time, Remote)

DCX Client Services is seeking a Sales Administrator to support a growing U.S.-based business. In this role, you'll help drive our sales pipeline by researching leads, organizing data, and providing administrative support to the sales team—all from the comfort of your home.

This position is perfect for someone who's detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.


What You'll Do
  • Qualify potential leads through online research and company analysis.
  • Review and analyze around 100 companies per week to identify high-potential prospects.
  • Support business development by feeding verified leads into the Sales Team pipeline.
  • Manage travel bookings, calendar coordination, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Perform general administrative and executive assistant duties, including meeting prep and correspondence.
  • Create, update, and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and records to ensure accuracy.
  • Handle ad hoc projects and provide support to leadership as needed.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Data Entry, Administrative Support, or Sales Admin.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

  • Proficiency with:

  • HubSpot CRM

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Google Suite (Sheets, Gmail, Docs, etc.)
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.

Role Details

Remote, Philippines

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (U.S. Time)

Monday – Friday

Salary: PHP 55,000 – 60,000
