About the role

Partee Golf Club Inc. is seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our dynamic team in our Quezon City location. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant, overseeing the day-to-day activities and leading a team of passionate individuals. This is a full-time position that will allow you to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen personnel, to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient workflow
  2. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, place orders, and manage the restaurant's budget and finances
  3. Resolve customer complaints and address issues in a timely and professional manner
  4. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  5. Provide training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  6. Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies for improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  7. Assist in the planning and execution of special events, promotions, and marketing initiatives

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality supervisory role
  2. Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  3. Strong leadership and team management abilities
  4. Proficient in inventory management, cost control, and financial reporting
  5. Thorough knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and multitask effectively
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  8. Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences
