WE ARE LOOKING RESTAURANT SERVICE SUPERVISOR (RSS) to join our team

  • Serves as People Representative in stores around Metro Manila.
  • Preferable with Degree in Human Resource Management or with a background in Operations.

A reliable and hardworking Restaurant Service Supervisor who can supervise and manage our deployed staffs in restaurant, handles deployed staff concerns, ensure smooth daily operations in terms of manpower, implement disciplinary actions (DAs) for deployed employees while assisting Head Office on employees' matters, and maintain accurate reporting (Attendance, Attrition and Manpower) to higher management.

Office deployment at Boni, Mandaluyong & Store Visits around Metro Manila.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree (Human Resource Management, HRM, or related degree)
  • People & Communication Skills
  • With own Laptop
