About the Position:

PharmaLogics Recruiting, part of Epic Staffing Group, is looking for a Sourcing Specialist who will be responsible for screening job applicants and qualify them for assigned positions, evaluating both technical skills and soft skills. In addition, whenever required, the Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for driving the candidate acquisition process by identifying and engaging top talent for a Strategic Business Unit (SBU).

What You'll Do:​

  • Contact and conduct screens with job applicants to qualify and gauge interest for assigned requisitions.
  • Complete a full set of phone screen notes using a provided template and pass off to the Recruiter or Project Manager to move candidate forward in recruiting process.
  • Work closely with recruiters to understand job requirements and client needs.
  • Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment database.
  • Ensure candidate records are accurate and up-to-date, including tracking interactions and status.

What You Bring:

  • One year of experience in recruiting, inside sales, or outbound calls.
  • Oral Communication: Engage effectively in dialogue and fully fluent in English.
  • Written Communication:  Effectively and accurately communicate internally and with candidates in English.
  • Professional & Technical Expertise: Possess an overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures, and job's impact to the organization.

Additional Work Details

  • Office Location: Makati Sky Plaza 6788, Ayala, Makati City
  • Work Setup: WFH after completing the 1–2-week onsite training
  • Schedule: Night Shift | 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST (10:00 PM to 7:00 AM Philippine time)
  • Training Support: We provide hotel accommodation to help you transition smoothly during training.
  • Return-to-office: No fixed RTO – only based on business needs (e.g., U.S. team visits, events), typically once or twice a quarter, or none at all.
