Job Description:
As a Talent Sourcing Specialist/Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging both active and passive candidates within the AEC market. You will be responsible for building rapport with candidates, sourcing, conducting interviews, follow-up, and coordinating with hiring managers or account managers. This role will involve strategic planning, utilizing Boolean search strings, call blocking, sourcing campaigns, and meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This opportunity offers upward mobility, with the potential to advance into a Senior Recruiter or Managerial position.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques to effectively source candidates through various online platforms and databases.
  • Conduct comprehensive searches to identify potential candidates based on specific skill sets, experience, and qualifications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing them with a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers or account managers.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop sourcing strategies and campaigns to attract top talent.
  • Track and report on sourcing metrics and KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and CRM systems.
  • Actively seek opportunities to leverage technology and automation to streamline recruitment processes and improve efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting
  • Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or related field, preferably within the AEC industry.
  • Strong understanding of Boolean logic and LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Recruiter
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using ATS, CRM or Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and meeting deadlines.

Technical Requirement for Remote Work:
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps for both download and upload.
  • Access to reliable equipment (computer/laptop, headset, etc.) necessary for remote work.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Hourly pay during the contract period: $2.81 to $3.44 per hour (based on a 40-hour workweek).
  • Opportunity for a raise upon transitioning to a full-time position.
  • Bonuses and commissions may be provided based on performance, with commissions ranging from $400 to $1000.
  • Since this is an Independent Contractor position. You'll have to pay for your own taxes, health insurance, and benefits.
