As a Property Consultant at DMCI Homes, you will be responsible for promoting and selling residential properties to prospective buyers. You will guide clients throughout the property purchasing process, from initial contact to final sale, while maintaining excellent client relationships and achieving sales targets.

  • Promote and sell DMCI Homes projects (condominiums, townhouses, or house-and-lot packages).
  • Conduct presentations, trippings (site visits), and product knowledge sessions for potential buyers.
  • Build and maintain a strong client database through networking, referrals, social media, and other marketing tools.
  • Provide professional advice and assistance to clients in property selection and financing options.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Represent the company in property exhibits, roadshows, and other marketing events.
  • Assist clients in documentation, reservation, and completion of requirements.
  • Stay updated on project developments, inventory status, pricing, promos, and real estate market trends.
  • Achieve individual and team sales quotas set by management.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Php15, Php30,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
