Ayala Property Management Corporation (APMC) is seeking a talented Development Control Manager (Architect) to join our dynamic team in Metro Manila. As Development Control Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning, design, and execution of property development projects within Estate Development portfolio. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of one of the leading property management firms in the region.

What you'll be doing

  • Reviewing and approving architectural, engineering, and construction plans to ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and company standards
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, contractors, and consultants, to coordinate project timelines and resolve any issues that arise
  • Conducting site inspections to monitor project progress and quality, and providing feedback to project teams
  • Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to project approvals, permits, and compliance
  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to the broader property management team on development-related matters
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve the company's development control processes

What we're looking for

  • A degree in Architecture or a related field, with a valid professional license
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar development control or project management role, preferably within the retail or property development industry
  • Thorough understanding of local building codes, zoning regulations, and property development processes
  • Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Proficiency in using relevant software tools for project planning, design review, and documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php40,000.00 per month
