We are looking for passionate and driven Digital Property Specialists to join our sales team As a Property Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping clients find their ideal home or investment property while building a rewarding career in real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Client Engagement: Actively promote and sell Avida and Amaia properties to prospective buyers.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various marketing strategies and networking.
  • Client Consultation: Assist buyers in choosing the best property that fits their needs, lifestyle, and budget.
  • Site Tours & Presentations: Conduct property viewings and present project details to clients.
  • Sales Process Management: Guide clients through the entire sales process, from inquiry to closing the deal.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on real estate trends, pricing, and competitor offerings to provide clients with informed recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • At least 72 units in college
  • Sales experience is an advantage, but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Pay: Php16, Php20,000.00 per month
