ITRON is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the rollout and integration of Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) technologies in the Philippines. The role will focus on the IT systems and software components integral to the AMI program, including Meter Data Management Systems (MDMS), Head-End Systems (HES), Communication Networks, and integration with utility upstream and back office systems.

Applicants must be locally based or legally authorized to work in the Philippines.

Location: Philippines (On-site, with travel across the country as required)

What We're Looking For:

-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

-Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in IT infrastructure, software implementation, or digital transformation projects, particularly in utility systems or AMI.

  • Strong proficiency with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Smartsheet) and familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale IT implementation projects, including system integration, network deployment, and software rollouts.

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.

  • Experience managing AMI IT systems, including Meter Data Management (MDMS), Head-End Systems (HES), and integration with Customer Upstream Systems.

  • Familiarity with AMI components such as MDMS, HES, RF mesh networks, CIS, and billing system integration.

  • Proficiency in Tagalog/Filipino and fluency in English.
