Job Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Execution:

  2. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

  3. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  4. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  5. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

  6. Stakeholder Management:

  7. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

  8. Communicate project expectations, updates, and progress to stakeholders.
  9. Manage stakeholder engagement and address concerns and feedback promptly.

  10. Team Leadership:

  11. Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities.

  12. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
  13. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

  14. Risk Management:

  15. Identify and manage project risks and issues.

  16. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
  17. Monitor project risks and escalate issues as necessary.

  18. Performance Monitoring:

  19. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

  20. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  21. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

  22. Documentation and Reporting:

  23. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

  24. Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management.
  25. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, IT or related field
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Clarizen, Planview, MS Project, Monday, Asana, Trello, Jira).
  • Experience in Retail, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Industries
  • Familiarity with Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, Hybrid methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Confident to present to C-level audiences
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati
