We are looking for a proactive and organized Business Analyst / Project Manager to lead strategic projects within the organization. The role involves overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery while collaborating with different teams to ensure successful outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, business analysis, or leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret information and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a dynamic environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring goals, timelines, and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose actionable solutions.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and address issues to keep projects on track.
  • Communicate project updates, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
  • Support data-driven decision-making by analyzing trends and providing relevant insights.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to track progress and results.
  • Foster collaboration across teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in project management and business analysis.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
