Summary

We're offering a unique home-based opportunity for a passionate, enthusiastic Marketing professional to join a London-based software development company. We're looking for someone smart, creative and highly organised, with a passion for digital marketing and technology. We also want someone with a strong foundation in digital marketing and at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Old.St Labs is a designer and developer of cutting-edge, bespoke technology products for international clients, from startups to established businesses. We're now looking to expand our team with a talented Digital Marketing Lead who can help us sharpen our brand presence, improve our marketing assets, and support growth across multiple channels.

About the Role

The right candidate will be excited to take ownership of a wide variety of marketing activities, from content and social media to SEO, website updates and CRM. You'll work directly with the company founders to execute marketing initiatives, bring ideas to the table, and help raise Old.St's profile in the UK, US and beyond.

Duties and Responsibilities

Digital Presence & Website

  • Website management: making content updates and simple changes to our website (webflow), ensuring messaging is clear, focused, and aligned with overall marketing strategy
  • Creating and maintaining an AWS microsite (with support from the tech team)
  • Improving and standardising client/project case studies for marketing use

SEO & Analytics

  • Setting up and monitoring SEO and Google Analytics (with guidance from senior team)
  • Supporting GEO initiatives alongside the senior team
  • Managing online directory listings and securing client reviews

Content & Campaigns

  • Generating blog ideas and preparing initial drafts
  • Assisting with podcast launch plan, distribution, and repurposed content (YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn teasers, etc.)
  • Coordinating the quarterly newsletter (content collation, layout, scheduling, sending)

Social Media & Outreach

  • Planning and scheduling social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit)
  • Supporting partner/channel outreach

CRM & Business Development Support

  • Assisting with CRM setup and maintenance
  • Supporting reporting and tracking outreach activities

Skills / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is helpful but not required
  • Very strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing or digital content experience (agency or in-house)
  • Familiarity with Webflow or similar tools e.g. Wordpress
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms for business (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects
  • Self-managing and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Eagerness to learn new marketing tools and techniques (AI tools, SEO/GEO, analytics, etc.)

Benefits

  • PHP 55,000 to PHP 65,000 gross monthly salary, depending on experience

Working hours / Job Type: 12pm – 9pm; with a flexible shift on Fridays
