Overview

Be part of a real estate team focused on prospecting and lead generation. This role is designed for someone with proven cold-calling experience who can independently deliver results while working from home. You'll be responsible for generating qualified appointments, providing consistent reporting, and ensuring professional communication with potential clients.

Job Highlights

  • Hourly Rate: PHP
  • Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 24 hours
  • Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM PST (California Time)
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor
  • Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an "Independent Contractor," the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calling to prospects using provided lead lists
  • Generate a minimum of 2 qualified appointments per week
  • Provide daily reports on call activity including number of calls made, contacts reached, and results achieved
  • Immediately notify management of high-potential leads discovered during calls
  • Follow established scripts and processes for consistent messaging
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and outcomes

Requirements

  • Previous experience in real estate prospecting and cold calling (no training will be provided)
  • Minimal accent with clear English communication skills
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday
  • Bilingual English/Chinese speaking ability is a plus but not required
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Comfortable with phone-based sales activities
