The Client represents a real estate investment firm. The core mission is to empower Realtors by streamlining their business operations. They build and manage the necessary infrastructure, taking day-to-day administrative and non-income-producing tasks off their plates. This allows their partners to dedicate their time and energy to client-facing activities, high-value interactions, and closing deals. The company is committed to scaling and fostering significant growth and productivity for the Realtors with whom they partner.
About the Role:
This is a high-impact, part-time position (25–30 hours per week) focused entirely on driving new business through outbound calls. You will serve as the crucial first point of contact and Appointment Setter. Your primary responsibility is to remove the burden of repetitive, time-consuming cold calling from the hiring manager's schedule, ensuring their calendar is consistently filled with qualified meetings with potential high-value partners. This role requires an articulate, professional communicator who is ready to make a direct financial impact on the company from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Cold Calling & Appointment Setting- Expected to make 25+ calls per hour
- High-Volume Cold Calling: Execute a high volume of daily cold calls to lists of Realtors along with script provided by the company.
- Meeting Qualification and Setting: Systematically filter prospects and secure initial introductory meetings for the hiring manager.
- Pipeline Building: Introduce the company's value proposition clearly and concisely, determining quickly if the prospect "catches the vision" and is a viable candidate for partnership.
- Objection Handling: Confidently and professionally address initial questions and objections encountered during the cold calling process.
- Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the hiring manager's schedule to ensure maximum efficiency in meeting new partners.
- Exceptional English Fluency: Must possess high verbal fluency with a neutral accent. The ability to sound professional and easily understood by U.S.-based real estate professionals are non-negotiable.
- Cold Calling/Sales Proficiency: Proven experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or telemarketing. Experience in the real estate niche is highly advantageous.
- Rapport Building: Proven ability to quickly establish trust and engagement over the phone to move a cold lead into a qualified meeting.
- Real Estate Expertise: A solid understanding of real estate terminology and the challenges faced by Realtors is a strong plus.
- Direct Impact Focus: Understands that the role directly enables the hiring manager to generate revenue and is driven by appointment metrics and measurable success.
