who can handle the pressure, the late nights (US hours), and the sheer volume of cash you're about to generate.If your idea of a good time is recruiting ringers, screaming "BOOK IT" and watching your team's bank accounts swell, welcome home. If you move slow, you'll be left in our dust, inhaling the fumes of a high-speed Mercedes.

Your Job is Basically an Action Movie

You'll be leading the front lines of our "Money Machine" operation. Your duties include:

  • Recruitment Rambo :

Use your
recruiting experience

to find people who can sell ice to an Eskimo (or, you know, podcast production to a US real estate agent). If they can dial a phone, they are fair game.
- Coach Carter with a Commission Check :

You have
coaching experience

, meaning you can turn a nervous rookie into a confident appointment-setter in roughly 48 hours. No excuses, just results.
- Night Shift Superstar :

You must be comfortable working
US hours

. We follow the money, and the money is wide awake while you're usually sleeping. Stock up on Red Bull and dreams of dollar signs.
- Worship the Motto:

"Money Chases Speed."

We expect you to lead with a sense of urgency that borders on manic. If you're not fast, you're last.
