Cold Caller - Australian Real Estate Sales

We are looking for an experienced Cold Caller to support our sales efforts. In this freelance/contractual role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, nurturing leads, and keeping databases updated with the latest information. You'll play an important role in generating interest, building relationships, and helping convert opportunities into results.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services, establishing initial contact and rapport.
  • Assess potential leads through strategic questioning to determine if they meet criteria for further engagement, updating relevant CRM records accordingly.
  • Set up callbacks and maintain a timely follow-up schedule to nurture potential leads and keep them engaged.
  • Research, identify, and compile lists of target businesses and individuals for outreach, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Document interaction details, track lead progress, and report on the effectiveness of outreach efforts to optimize strategies.

You are expected to be proficient and confident with the tools involved in Australian Real Estate such as:

  • VaultRE

  • RPData/Corelogic
  • Google/Microsoft Workspace
