Job Description:

The Warehouse In-Charge is responsible for supervising all warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, proper documentation, and smooth coordination with other departments. This role ensures that all materials, equipment, and supplies are efficiently stored, recorded, and released according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the overall warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all incoming and outgoing items.
  • Coordinate closely with the Purchasing Department regarding deliveries, requests, and restocking.
  • Ensure all warehouse transactions are properly logged in the system or tracking software.
  • Supervise loading, unloading, and dispatching of materials to ensure accuracy and safety.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile physical stock against system records.
  • Monitor storage conditions to ensure proper handling and preservation of items.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports.
  • Implement and maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and orderliness at all times.
  • Coordinate with project sites or departments regarding material requests and deliveries.
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure smooth workflow and accountability.
  • Ensure proper labeling and categorization of all stored materials for easy tracking.
  • Recommend process improvements for better warehouse efficiency and space utilization.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management
  • Knowledgeable in basic inventory systems (manual or computerized)
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel or warehouse management software
  • Willing to work onsite and visit project locations when needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
